Name, phone, email, pickup/destination, travel dates, vehicle preference, passenger count, trip patterns, payment references, driving licence and Aadhaar images / last-4 identifiers for self-drive, WhatsApp message content needed to fulfil and improve the hire, and basic device/log data when you use the website.

We may share data with chauffeurs assigned to your trip, payment providers, insurers, garages/RSA when you need roadside help, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

Self-drive vehicles may be arranged through our supply network after you pay us; only details needed for handover are shared with the person delivering the car.

Booking, contract, KYC images (self-drive), and trip-pattern records are kept as long as needed for tax, insurance, safety, and dispute handling (typically several years), then deleted or anonymised where practicable. Preference signals used for personalised offers are retained while you remain a customer or until you opt out of marketing.
