Terms of Service

SafarSetu Rentals (“we”, “us”) offers private motor vehicles for hire from Shop-1, Crystal A Wing, Kanungo Estate, Mira Road (E), Thane-401107. Contact: +91 99301 13077 · [email protected].

We are not a taxi, auto-rickshaw, app-based cab aggregator, stage carriage, or public transport operator. Hire is of privately owned vehicles for your private trip under a vehicle hire arrangement.

A booking request (website form, WhatsApp, phone, or email) is an offer. A binding hire starts when we confirm availability and you accept by paying the agreed amount / deposit and/or taking delivery of the vehicle (or starting a chauffeur trip). The Rental Agreement forms part of these Terms.

Hire is charged as a flat daily rate (and any add-ons shown in your estimate). Fuel, highway tolls, parking, interstate taxes, and traffic challans are payable by you unless we write otherwise. Early Bird and GST (if applicable) are shown before you confirm.

• Provide accurate identity and contact details.
• Self-drive: hold a valid licence for the vehicle class; no drink/drug driving.
• Return the vehicle on time, in the same condition (fair wear excepted).
• Do not sub-hire, race, overload, or use the vehicle illegally.
• Report accidents or damage to us immediately on WhatsApp +91 99301 13077.

Self-drive hires require a refundable security deposit. Deductions may be made for damage, missing accessories, excess cleaning, traffic fines attributable to the hire, or late return. Owner’s insurance does not remove your liability for negligent or unlawful use; excesses and exclusions may apply. Details are in the Rental Agreement.

Cancel on WhatsApp as early as you can. Deposits and prepaid hire may be partly or fully retained if we have already blocked the vehicle or dispatched a chauffeur, as stated in your confirmation message.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (missed flights, hotel no-shows, business loss). Our aggregate liability for a hire is limited to the hire charges you paid us for that booking, except in cases of proven wilful misconduct or where the law does not allow a limit.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Mira-Bhayandar / Thane, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
